Mystic Ruins Hotel

Mana: *walks over to the two* Dawg~ Sugar~ I overheard you guys talking about something or someone named Spira? What are you guys talking about?

*while she's talking, a faint hum is heard in the background*

*Sugar looks up at Mana surprisedly*
Sugar: Oh, hello Mana~
*Sugar takes another sip of her coffee*
Sugar: We were just discussing our time that we spent in Spira~

Mana: *tilts head in a somewhat confused manner* Spira? I've been to a lot of places, but where's Spira?

Dawg: It's far, far away. You could even say it's in another realm; another world. Sugar and I....visit there sometimes.
*Dawg glances over at Sugar, and then back at Mana*
Dawg: It's kind of like our vacation spot.

Sugar: It's not a very relaxing vacation spot, but it's always exciting~
*Sugar drains the last of her drink, squinting her eyes*
Sugar:....There wasn't very much salt in this...

Mana: *eyes widen in excitement, and her tail reacts in such a way to emphasize that fact* Ohhh~! A new world? I've visited a lot of worlds, but I don't think I've been there! *her hands go up to her mouth, as if she's trying to hide the fact she's really interested* What's the population there? Talking animals? Humans? Some kind of other life form?

*Sugar's eyes seem to sparkle with a similar excitement*
Sugar: Oh, it's the most wonderful place! There are lots of villages and cities there, and ruins and landscapes as beautiful as can be~ There are all sorts of races, like the Humans, the Guado, the Al Bhed, the Ronso....
*Sugar continues happily explaining Spira, whilst, outside of a window, a small dust cloud can be seen in the distance*

*Dawg takes another sip out of his bottle*
Dawg: There's also treasure, lots and lots and lots of treasure.

Mana: Wow... All that stuff and treasure, too? The next thing you'll tell me is that they have adorable animals that you can play with, too~! *her hands are fisted against her mouth, as if they're trying to prevent any squealing*

Sugar: Well, there are the Chocobo. They're just the most adorable birds I've ever ridden~
*The dustcloud grows in proximity*

*Dawg recalls a not-so-good encounter he had with a Chocobo once, and shudders.*
Dawg: so many meteors...

Mana: *stares intensely at the two behind her fists for several silent minutes before * ...Spira sounds quite amazing.

Sugar: Oh! Oh! And that's not to mention-
*Whatever riveting tale Sugar was about to share is interrupted slightly by the exploding and subsequent collapsing of the entire front entrance to the hotel, loud, ear-splitting sounds and splintering wood and cinderblocks abound, harboring tell-tale signs of Whip-made destruction*
Sugar:....W-Whip's here...

Mana: ... *hands drop and she stares at the destruction from the shadow of her hat* ...

*Dawg surveys the destruction, and thinks intently to himself*
Dawg: I give it a 6/10, for effort.

*Throughout the pile of what used to be an expensive-looking entrance pops up Whip, covered in soot and broken bits of everything*
Whip: *COUGH*....*HACK*.....That was... insane...

*Dawg stands up and disposes his now empty bottle in the rubble, and makes his way over to Whip. He offers a hand up*
Dawg: Obviously you don't recall our entrance to the first day of highschool. That was insanity at it's best.

*delayed defense systems activate, and Whip is shocked with volts of electricity*

*Whip reaches for Dawg's hand*
Whip: Heh, that's right.... We totally f-
*Whip feels the volts of electricity course through him, shocking him into a thicker black ash*
Whip:.....*kah*....
*Whip falls back over into the rubble*

*Dawg instinctively jumps back from Whip, and pulls out his gun. He stops himself just before he opens fire at Whip. He cautiously puts his weapon away*

*Sugar runs over to the rubble and helps Whip out of it*
Sugar: Wh-Whip! What did you do this time?
*Whip's eyes are swirlies*
Whip: Why yes mother... I'd love some....Tikis.....

*Dawg finally calms down, and begins laughing*
Dawg: That...that was a 8/10. You can take some pointers from that, Whip.

Mana: ... *looks up at the defense system that is now retreating into the walls* I thought it was set for stun.
Tanya: *from the stairs, carrying luggage* I changed it~!
Mana: (sarcastically somewhat) Nice Tanya. Nice. *heads over to Whip*

*Whip, in Sugar's hold, begins returning to the mortal plane, just in time to notice Mana's approach*
Whip: Ohcrapohcrapohcrap M-Mana! H-Hey there~!
*Whip hops to his feet, taking an obligatory step back*

*Dawg gives a thumbs-up to Tanya, and makes his way over to Whip and the others*
