*Whip takes the key in a fluster and storms away*

Mana: (calls out to him) You do realize we're sharing a room, right? *takes the pokemon from Nurse Joy* And thank you~

*Nurse Joy bows politely*

Mana: *takes Whip's pokeballs and eyes them thoughtfully* ... *a mischievous smile breaks onto her face and she hops back outside, obviously not in the direction of their room*

*Whip angrily sits in the room, laying down his egg and dropping eagle-spread on the bed*
Whip: ...........Where the heck is she with my pokemon, anyways?
*Whip hops up and puts his head to the ground*
Whip: It doesn't sound like she's even down there anymore......
*He groans impatiently to himself*

[15 minutes later]

Mana: *knocks on the door* Whiiip~ Open uuupp~

*Whip wrests open the door ferociously*
Whip: Where have you been!? It's been almost half an hour! I've been worried sick eating your poffins for you!

Mana: *cuddling Eevee in her arms* Bonding~ *walks inside* Did you eat the spicy ones?

Whip: Yeah, it was very nice, by the way. Good texture, just fluffy eno- WH-YOU-YOU WERE BONDING WITH MY EEVEE!?
*Whip flails his arms incredulously at her*

Mana: Yup~ *rubs her face affectionately against Eeevee* He and I made a pact~

*Whip points angrily at his Eevee*

Mana: Don't be angry at Eevee, Whip~ It's your fault for leaving me with your Pokemon~

*Whip makes very loud, suppressed sounds*

Mana: The type where he's willing to come to help me in any world~ *smiles brightly at this fact*

Mana: Correction~ I made a plushie based on your Eevee~

Whip: Without even consulting me for permission!?

Whip: Of course you need my permission! You're supposed to be my Pokemon!
*Eevee pouts*

Mana: He is your Pokemon~ *cuddles Eevee to her face again* I'd just like to borrow him from time to time~

*Whip grabs Eevee from Mana and starts rubbing his knuckles on the Pokemon's head*
Whip: That just means I'll have more chances to make you pay for deciding without me!

Mana: *laughs as she heads to her bed* Try and endure it, alright Eevee? In the meantime, I'm gonna get ready for bed~

Whip: Right. Tomorrow, we head to Eterna City, right?
*Whip lays down Eevee, whom swipes at his own head in pain*
Whip: I heard the forest before it has some good pokemon, and the next Gym is there as well~!

Mana: *has moved to the bathroom after dumping her bag on the bed* Nah, we're going to Floroma Town next~

Whip: What? Floroma Town?
*Whip whips out his map*
Whip: ....But that place doesn't have a Gym!

Mana: But do you know what they do have? *head pops out of the bathroom* Berries and seeds and watering pails and honey!

Whip: Sounds pretty masculine.
*Whip rolls his eyes and slumps into his bed, not even bothering to change*
