Empire City (United Federation)

*Connar's muzzle lightens, as if he wasn't used to being complimented in his current life, but he adjusts himself in the seat anyways and revs the engine*
Connar: "It's not mine."
*With that, he takes off, following after Hana and Kimitsu as best as possible with a land-based vehicle*

*Kimitsu seems to have taken an alternative route, however, while Hana and Mana stay kindly in view, and seem to be discussing things*
Tanya: Not yours? =o *becomes excited* Did you steal it? OVO

*Connar grumbles just audibly over the diesel engine*
Connar: "Not exactly. I work at a scrap shop. Somebody wanted to trash this thing, but I told the guy it was easy to fix."
*He grumbles again, but this time out of frustration with the memory*
Connar: "He wanted it back when I repaired it, but wasn't willing to pay it off."
*His grumbling suddenly becomes a chuckle*
Connar: "Thankfully, the law was on my side. Usually knocking somebody out gets you a ticket."

Tanya: *quiet for a moment* ...That's badass, Ponytail. *her eyes are sparkling with admiration*

*Connar tries really hard not to grin like an idiot with pride at Tanya's admiration, but he slightly fails*
Connar: "I'm glad you think so."
*He lets the roar of the engine and the passing cars around them fill the air for a little bit*
Connar: "...How are you, Tanya? I know things have been confusing lately... I still don't understand everything that's going on, not completely. But... are you alright?"

Tanya: *nods against Connar's back* I'm fine~ I don't seem to have as many memories as you and Mana do, but I have more than Hana-nee and Kimi-kun. If anything, there's just leftover habits I think, like wanting to call you Mister instead of Ponytail and not flinching around you for being a lion. *considers things before scowling* I also don't like thinking about my other self because she seems like a big scaredy rabbit and that's not how I roll. *pulls sunglasses out of nowhere and puts them on as she grins* Because Tanya the Rabbit is also badass. *grins so bright that something sparkles*

*Connar becomes somewhat disconcerted at Tanya's behavior, but after a moment's thought, he smiles as well*
Connar: "It seems like Mana's wish worked for you, at least."
*He turns and focuses on the road again, as he should have been doing the entire time*
Connar: "I just hope it worked out for her too..."

Tanya: *looks ahead and sees Mana and Hana slowing to a stop* I think we're about to find out~

*Connar nods in agreement and slowly starts to pull up on the gas, until he's stopped next to the sisters. Kicking up his bike's stand, he calls out to them*
Connar: "Is this the place?"

Hana: *nods* This is the school alright~

*The team gazes at the prestigious gates and the large, ivory school. The clock indicates that it's about two in the afternoon*

Mana: This school used to get out at like 2:15, right Hana?
Hana: *nods* Yup~ Probably where we would've gone if... *her smile becomes a little wry and she shrugs* Well, you know.
*Tanya interrupts before they can get sad*
Tanya: Ne, Hana-nee, Mana, where's Whip and Kimi-kun?
Hana: Oh, they took an alternate route~ I wanted them to pick something up for us~ ^w^
Tanya: ...*grins* Was it Whip's stomach?
Hana: It might be something they're getting on the way hopefully c:
Mana: *sweatdrops* You're being awfully cruel to him today, Hana... >v>;
Hana: Really? I thought I was being nice. c:
Mana: *laughs nervously*

*Connar laughs in a much less nervous manner, but decides to leave the situation be and no comment on it. Instead, he turns his attention back to the school*
Connar: "So... Mana- er, the other-"
*He scratches his head*
Connar: "...She's in here, then? Should we wait for her to come out?"

Mana: *nods* Seems like a good idea. If anything, I'd want to talk to Psyche first to see if he knows anything about her. If he's her friend, it'd be nice for him to bring her to us, rather than a bunch of strangers raising her suspicions.
Tanya: Like we did with Ponytail~ c:
Hana: Well it was unlikely he had friends for us to talk to first~ >v>

*Connar takes an arrow to his head*
Connar: "I have... friend..."

Hana: *smirking* Singular or plural?
Mana: *sighs* Haanaaaaaa... Let's stop picking on Connar, shall we? -w-;
Hana: *about faces to the school* Oh fine~ X) I'll stop picking on your ex-boyfriend.
Mana: *the arrow finds her instead* B-Boyfriend...!?

Connar: "Ex-boyfriend...?"
*Connar shakes his head, doing his best to ignore Hana's strong prodding*
Connar: "How long will we have to wait? If the school lets out at two, then what time is it now?"

Hana: *seems a bit surprised at Connar's question, and she glances at the clock before looking back at him* ...You can't--
Mana: It's about 2:10 PM, Connar.
Hana: *blinks in surprise, but taps her finger to her chin contemplatively* Let's hope the other Mana isn't an overachiever like my sister and is in any after school activities~ >w>
Mana: *a playfully exasperated smile finds her mouth* As if you wouldn't be the overachiever, Hana.
Hana: *shrugs with a smile* I'm a different kind of overachiever~

*Connar grumbles something about analogue clocks, but then pipes up in interest*
Connar: "If she's anything like... before, then..."
*He rubs his muzzle curiously*
Connar: "She's either too impatient to deal with being a part of a club..."
*And then his ears droop*
Connar: "Or she's very passionate about whatever club she's in. But at least once class has ended, we can enter the premises and pull her aside without making her skip classes..."

Hana: ... *covers her mouth, as if hiding a smile* (slowly) ..."Enter the premise"...
Mana: *pouts at Hana*
Hana: *still covering her mouth but it becomes more obvious that she's smiling*
Mana: *huffs* Well, there's that, and we can find Psyche first.

Connar: "Right. About that."
*Connar gives an expression of disdain*
Connar: "Do we have to talk to that red pervert?"

Mana: *rolls her eyes* Psyche was your guys' friend, Connar. And if there's any chance he knows my new counterpart, then it would smooth things over, yeah.
Tanya: *jumps onto Connar's head* 'Sides, he has a girlfriend now~
Hana: *turns expectantly towards the street*

Connar: "That's not as comfort-..."
*Connar notices Hana's sudden attentiveness and looks in the same direction*
Connar: "Notice something?"

Hana: Kimitsu's back~ ^w^

*The said demon-hedgehog hybrid rides into view on his extreme gear with what is probably a motion sick Whip*

Kimitsu: Sorry I took so long.
Hana: Nah, you're fine~ c:

*Whip is curled around Kimitsu's legs like a frightened cat, and his eyes are not unlike a war veterans; shell-shocked and apparently suffering from PTSD*
Connar: "..."
Whip: "...!"
Connar: "Remind me not to piss her off..."

*Kimitsu casually climbs off his bike and clicks something on it so it returns to the shape of a bracelet. He snaps it around his wrist without seeming to pay Whip much attention, before finally becoming exasperated and kicks him off of him*
Tanya: *strolls towards Whip, grinning* How was the ride, Nii-san~?

*Hana is smiling brightly as Mana glares at her exasperatedly*

*Whip doesn't react much to being kicked, and he only gives a shaken, empty murmur in response to Tanya's not-so-concerned question*
Connar: "....So we're sure he's my alternate."
