Chao Garden (Hero)

Slifer: Why don't ya ask Myz. He seems to know everythin' that goin' on 'ere.

Drench: Well, that's what I hoped one of you guys would do. I'm... a bit afraid of Myz...

Slifer: Why?

Well, Actually, I'm a bit afraid of a lot of chao. See, I have a bad tendency to tick off a load of tough chao. Normally it isn't a problem but... I sorta, reincarnated two nights ago...

Slifer: But you aren't afraid of a chao that spends most of their time with demons?

Drench: Yeah.... I think I get that characteristic from hanging out with my owner too long...

Slifer: -_-' Then you should probably avoid ever visiting me.

Drench: Anyways, this race that I was telling you guys about, the grand prize is totally Shadow's Chaos Emerald that wasn't stolen from him while he was sleeping! Can you imagine what we could do with that thing!
*All the while he's talking, his eyes become more swirling masses of black rather than pupils*

Slifer: *concerned look* You do know that my master is a friend of Shadow's right? You have any idea what might happen if she finds out?

Drench: That's why we won't tell our owners! It'll just be a little bit! Then we'll return it to shadow before he misses it! Think of it as, "Retrieving and delayed returning!"

Slifer: Fine, but if Rei of the Yokai finds out your taking the fall.

Drench: Hah, no problem! Now then,
*Drench pulls out a huge scroll of paper and unravels it, showing a large map of chao all across it, along with rules and terms for the race*
Drench: Now then, this race is sponsered by the Black market, so obviously we have a few Dastardly Dan's in the race. Most of them are clean though. No, the one we have to worry about is him.
*Drench points to a grey chao with a lazy look in his eye*

Slifer: Okay, and he is?

Drench: Chacron. Nastiest chao in the races. A few years back, he was a pushover. Newborns could beat this guy. He disappeared with his owner for a while, and came back ultimate. No one has beaten him since.
*Stares at his picture*
Drench: Of course, for us, and Tiki and the other if they every become mobile, he should be no problem, right?

Slifer: Who's his owner?

*Drench shrugs, clicking his teeth*
Drench: 'Lotta people theorize Shadow or Robotnik, but neither really have time for Chao as of late. Nah, but whoever his owner is, he knows chao well.
*Closes map*
Drench: Not that it matters, I've got the perfect traps set up for him!

Slifer: Wouldn't that make you and him the same.

Drench: Guh, Um, I mean, well, I guess techinically, but I mean,...
*rests his arms behind his head*
Drench: Geez Rei, you don't give a guy a break, do you? To be fair, all I did was dig a hole or two and glue a couple of fruits...

Slifer: -_- I'm Slifer...

Drench: *sniffle* Please excuse me, I sneezed. What I meant was, "You don't give a guy a break, huh Slifer?"

Slifer: I have no reason to.

Drench: Eh heh.... fine. I'll unset the traps before the race starts, happy?

Slifer: *nods, but dosen't say anything*

Drench: Good. Now then, the race is a neutral one, so you should be allowed in. I'll be watching from the sidelines. It's major is flying, but speed and swimming will easily make up about 40% of the race.

Slifer: Flying allowed in the speed race?
