Future City

Robot: *by the time that the energy attack has expanded, the robot seems to have evaporated into thin air*

Panda Girl: *seems hesitant, but nods* I-It's been chasing me for weeks now. *looks like she's ready to cry* It doesn't stop...

Zero: *lowers her arm and places it over her injured arm.* Tsk, that was too easy. How pathetic. *she takes off into the sky. She looks over at her bloody arm.* Maybe I should change before meeting with Solo? I'd hate for him to see me in this state. *She flies off in a different direction to find a change.*

Solo: Hey kid, don't cry. *Solo kneels down near the girl* I can tell you now that you won't have to worry about that robot again.

Panda Girl: *blinks in surprise* H-How do you- *gasps and then screams, hiding behind Solo* IT'S BACK!

*just as she says, the robot from before begins to suddenly form again from thin air and takes a shape mimicking Solo*

Solo: *is shocked by the robot's appearance and the fact that Zero is nowhere to be seen.* What the hell?! You're still alive? *Solo takes a protective stance in front of the girl.* Where's Zero? There's no way this thing could've killed her! But then where is she? So have you changed your mind about answering my questions?

Robot: *part of its arm turns into a sharp blade and quickly rushes at Solo*

Solo: *reaches behind him to pull the girl with him as they dodge the attack. He looks around at the surroundings and frowns. He looks at the robot again before letting go of the girl.* I must be crazy... *Solo takes an offensive stance as he prepares for the robot's next move.* Hey kid, you might want to step back.

Panda Girl: *shakes head in denial* I-I can't let you fight for me! That would be shameful of me! *draws in a shaky breath, but pulls out some nunchucks* I will at least assist you in battle!

Solo: *shakes his head* Whatever floats your boat kid.

Robot: *dashes at Solo with the sharpened arm and swipes*
Panda Girl: *surprisingly swift and blocks the attack with the nunchucks, which stays durable and she sends a kick towards the robot*

*all the while, a glint of a bright blue light is seen from the back of her outfit*

Solo: *pulls out a hand gun from behind his back, and takes aim at the robot. He waits until the panda girl is out of the way before pulling the trigger, letting the bullet fly toward the robots head.*

*the robot's head is hit by the bullet and liquid metal seems to explode similar to a raindrop falling on the ground before the whole body reverts to a liquid puddle*

Panda Girl: *jumps back* Don't let your guard down! It shapeshifts often!

Solo: Isn't that just great... *he mumbles sarcastically*

*the liquid moves lightning quick and encloses itself around the female mobian*

Panda Girl: *seems to be yelling something in fear but can no longer be heard*

Solo: What the hell!


*In the air above them a figure flies over head.*

Zero: Now, what's going on here? *She stops in her flight as she zooms her vision in on the figures below her. The first of which she locks onto is Solo.* Solo? *She runs a scan on the robot in front of him and finds a bio signiture in it. She becomes slightly worried as she lands behind the robot and grips it tightly.*

*a cry of pain is heard from within the liquid, but no intelligible words can be made out*

Robot: *is currently taking a new shape that is resembling the panda girl and is struggling to break free of Zero's grip*

Zero: *Seeing a resemblance in the new form she loosens her grip so it would no longer be painful, but should not allow for escape.*

Solo: Be careful, that thing absorbed the kid.

Zero: Well what do you want me to do then? *Her voice is slightly saracastic.*

Solo: How should I know, this seems a bit more up your ally.

Zero: *rolls her eyes.* Fine... I'll try something. *She gathers Ki energy and sends it through the robot in weak pulses, that are only strong enough to disrupt/destroy electronics.*

(I'm back with a new computer, so I won't disappear again.)

Robot: *the ki pulses are working and causing the liquid to spark slightly, and in one last act of defiance, it retracts from the panda girl, sucking something away and disappears into the air again*

[REEEEI~! WELCOME BACK! >v<]

Zero: *Releases her hold on the panda girl.*

Solo: *goes over to the panda girl to check on her.*

Panda Girl: *seems dazed and weak, but manages to glance up at Solo* Is... Is it gone...?

Solo: Yeah, it's gone.

Nameless android: What is that thing?

Panda Girl: *shakes her head in confusion* I... I don't know... It started following me ever since I- *suddenly gasps and pats her sides, looking desperately for something, but gains an expression of horror when she finds nothing* It took it!

Solo: It took what?

NA: *her eyes remain blank, but her expression seems to hold mild confusion.*
